Wanted to try yoga but never knew where to start? Yoga 101 is for YOU! This free workshop will teach you basic yoga postures, proper alignment, and core breathing techniques to help you feel confident in beginning a yoga practice of your own. First 25 participants will also receive a yoga starter kit, featuring a brand new yoga mat, to help launch their yoga journey. Mats will be available for all participants.
