Friday evening 10/18 (~4-9 PM)

  • 4 PM: Begin with Breath (Jackie Dean) 

  • 4:45 PM: Kundalini (Clare Moore)

  • 6PM: Sunset yoga + sound bath (Liv Taylor)

  • 7 PM: Vegan Dinner + cocktail hour (Julie Diaz) 

  • 8:45: Campfire dessert (MS River Park interpreter)

Saturday 10/19 (~7:30 AM - 2:30 PM)

  • 7:30 AM: Sun Salutations (Beth Rodgers)

  • 8:30 AM: Find Your Flow (Crystal Beshears)

  • 9:45 AM: Soul Flow (Candace Saulsberry)

  • 10:45 AM: Lunch break

  • 11:30 AM: Pelvic Floor Workshop (Dr. Emma Kate)

  • 12:45 PM: Yoga for Creativity (Jill Morris)

  • 2 PM: End with Yin (Nicole vanSchalkwyk)

  • Biking and kayaking available all day

Weekend pass (access to all programming 10/18-19)

Lodging

  • WAITLISTED: On-site lodging is available in the shared Storm Creek Cabins. Cost is $100 total for 10/18-19 and reservations can be made by emailing us at deltayogacollective@gmail.com.

  • Camping sites are also available to book at Storm Creek via the MS River State Park website here (AAA sites are still available, walk-in tent sites are booked).

  • In-town lodging is also available at the Edwardian Inn (~ 15 minutes from the park). Visit their website to book.

2) Go to the store and purchase a weekend or day pass

3) You will receive a follow-up email from DYC confirming your registration and requesting a little more information from you.

Join us for Women’s Wellness Weekend at the historic Edwardian Inn in Helena, AR. This retreat will feature yoga classes, plant-based meals, sessions about pelvic floor health, nutrition, and more. Enjoy the fellowship of other women as you gain knowledge and tools to prioritize your health in the new year. Full lodging and local stay options are available. Spots are limited - register here.

Refund policy - we understand life happens. You can receive a full refund until one week before the retreat (January 6th, 2023). Deposits will not be refundable after January 6th, 2023.
