Vinyasa Flow

This class features a sequence meant to increase overall flexibility, balance, strength, and mindfulness. Class components include breath work, seated/standing postures, and flow sequences linking your breath to each movement. This class is suited for all levels of experience.

All Levels

All-levels classes mean just that - a class open to all levels of experience and ability. These classes mix breath work with postures in order to increase flexibility and balance. Instructors specialize in offering modifications for a variety of body types and abilities, allowing practitioners to “take what you need and leave what you don’t.”

Yin

Yin is a slower paced yoga class where poses are held for 2-5 minutes in order to target deep connective tissues. Particular emphasis will be placed on hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Props will be available to aid in modifications for each unique body type. We invite you to open your body and relax your mind with this deep practice of stillness and stretching.

Hot Power Flow

Increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility with our signature Hot Power Flow! If you’re familiar with Hot Yoga classes such as Baptiste or Hot 26, this one is a little bit of everything! Our Power Flow class includes a challenging set of standing postures, flow sequence, and floor work all performed in a heated environment and set to music. The class sequence is the same every time, allowing regular practitioners to see their progress from class to class. Class ends with a relaxing savasana and a cold lavender towel.

Hot 26

Hot 26, or the Bikram method, is a 26 posture sequence done in a heated environment that systematically warms and stretches muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This sequence has been scientifically formulated to regenerate tissue, resolve chronic ailments, and energize the body and mind. Class sequence is the same every time, allowing you to build strength and watch your progress from class to class. All levels welcome.

Gentle

Relax and release physical tension in this class designed for all bodies. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new to yoga, recovering from injury, pregnant, or anyone wanting a softer approach to yoga postures. Plenty of props including chairs will be available for support and comfort.

Get all the benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice from a chair! This class is perfect for those with limited mobility or nursing injuries.

Sip & Stretch

Chill yoga + chill cocktails…what’s not to love? Join us at Delta Dirt Distillery for Sunday Sip & Stretch. Come for a relaxing slow flow yoga class in Delta Dirt’s beautiful tasting room and stay for a discounted cocktail afterwards! Yoga class is at 1:30PM; the distillery opens to the public at 3PM. Sip & Stretch classes are donation-based, and benefit a different organization each month.
