Join us for a special Yin Yoga class. Yin is a slower paced yoga class where poses are held for 2-5 minutes in order to target deep connective tissues. Particular emphasis will be placed on hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Props will be available to aid in modifications for each unique body type. We invite you to open your body and relax your mind with this deep practice of stillness and stretching. Class is limited to 20 people. Sign-up here.
