Join Jackie Dean for a 60 minute Delta HOT (Heated Power Flow) class in Helena, AR. If you’re familiar with Hot Yoga classes such as Baptiste or Hot 26, this one is a little bit of everything! This class offers a challenging set of standing postures, flow sequence, and floor work all performed in a heated environment and set to music. The class sequence is the same every time, allowing regular practitioners to see their progress from class to class. Class ends with a relaxing savasana and a cold lavender towel. All levels welcome. Cancellation policy: We understand things come up. However, due to the limited availability of this class, we charge a $10 cancellation fee if you have to cancel within 12 hours of class time (after 9 PM the night before).
