Join us for Friday Flow at Griot Arts in Clarksdale, MS. This 60 minute class will get your heart-rate up with energizing flow sequences before chilling you out with relaxing seated postures. You’ll leave refreshed and ready for the weekend. While some yoga experience is helpful, class is open to all levels. Sign-up here.
