Join us for Friday Flow in Clarksdale, MS. This 60 minute vinyasa class will get your heart-rate up with energizing flow sequences before chilling you out with relaxing seated postures. You’ll leave refreshed and ready for the weekend. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary. Modifications will be available for all levels. Sign-up here.
